Allister Richardson

I'm Allister, the Co-Founder and Managing Director of RAW Search. 

I've had a long and rewarding career in recruitment, including experience leading a team within a large U.S. recruitment firm, partnering with a boutique risk search firm, and founding and running a successful recruitment firm for five years, specialising in Risk, Data & Analytics recruitment and building high-performance teams within the Fintech sector. 

Recruitment is my second career, following over 13 years of service in the British Army. During my military service, I served in the Royal Corps of Signals and the Intelligence Corps in the UK and various locations across the Middle East. Operating as a DV security-cleared Intelligence Analyst, I underwent cross-training in various aspects of Information Security, Cyber Threat Analysis, Electronic Warfare Support, and Signals Intelligence. Additionally, I am a qualified linguist in both Arabic and Russian. Many of the values and ethos that guided me in the military have continued to shape my approach in my recruitment career. Outside of work, I am a busy husband and a proud father to three high-energy young children! 

I am immensely excited about the vision I share with Paul for RAW Search. Our combined experience and belief in our values will be the bedrock of our success, and I look forward to sharing this with our clients and candidates alike.
