I'm Paul Walton, the co-Founder, and a Managing Director of RAW Search, with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry.

Before establishing RAW Search, I led a talented team focused on permanent and niche interim assignments in Risk Management, Treasury & Quant Finance at a NASDAQ-listed recruitment firm, and then, I successfully founded and ran Greenwich Atlantic Associates for 11 years, specialising again in the Risk and Quant space.

Operating from London, I have had the privilege of making a global impact, executing mandates across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, which has given me a deep appreciation for the diverse talent landscape worldwide. Outside of work, I prioritise family time, enjoy various sports, and stay engaged with professional development and current affairs.
